Not all programs have the head count to train a new team member; some employers truly need a candidate who already knows it all and can hit the ground running with minimal training time. Knowing that, keep your interview approach open-minded and proactive, and ask the right questions during your phone interviews to determine whether the job would be a good fi t for you.
