38 Mobility | February 2017 THE GLOBAL SERVICED APARTMENTS INDUSTRY REPORT 2016–17 The 2016–17 edition of the Global Serviced Apartments Industry Report (GSAIR) was compiled from a range of primary and secondary global sources in or closely aligned to the serviced apartments sector. More than 40 indus- try buyers, suppliers, consultants, and trade association representatives were interviewed. Their opinions and assessments are reflected throughout. Much of the data comes from a survey undertaken especially for the report by Bard Vos at The Apartment Service, a London-based worldwide serviced apartment network. The survey was carried out in March 2016 among 6,000 corporates, 2,000 serviced apartment operators, and 1,800 agents. Excerpted from "The Global Serviced Apartments Industry Report 2016–17." Reprinted with permission of The Apartment Service. The GSAIR 2016–17 can be read online, or a PDF version can be downloaded at apartmentservice.com/GSAIR.
