M otivated by significant shifts in social and political viewpoints over the past several decades, as well as the current competition for global top talent, many companies have taken great strides to make the workplace more inclusive for all employees. Lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgendered (LGBT) employees have especially benefited during this period of change and now enjoy nearly all of the same on-the-job benefits as their non-LGBT colleagues.
