Solution MSI assessed their requirements and created a tailored global program to fully address these, with six separate customized policies: long term, short term, one-way permanent transfer, domestic move, commuter, and localization. We also recommended and helped select all supporting suppliers (e.g., international healthcare, emergency evacuation, and insurance) and process mapped the entire mobility life cycle from beginning to end. MSI then provided initial and ongoing training for the client's newly designated internal resource, who had no previous mobility experience. Result Globally compliant programs, fully trained staff, and cost- effective talent mobility solutions effectively integrated into the client's overall business strategy.
